Fitness Training

The fitness room at Performance Sports Center backs our mission of helping players, teams, and individuals improve not only their sports performance, but their wellness as a person.  We want to help you become a stronger version of yourself.  Our programs place high value on developing a strong foundation for athleticism to be built up through training and education in movement, mindset, strength, speed, conditioning and recovery. These sessions are designed to help athletes reach their full potential by creating systems that require their current maximum physical and mental drive. These programs identify athletic weaknesses and focus on improvements in those specific areas. 


Private Training sessions are beneficial to everyone. They can be scheduled around your availability and at your pace. They offer focused attention, personal interaction and often produce faster results. We customize to the meet the goals and needs of each individual athlete and their specific sport and position. Train with an expert strength and conditioning coach who will help track all of your data and keep you progressing. 

*We also offer 1 on 1 coaching sessions with nutritional guidance for our more dedicated athletes seeking to gain the edge over competition.

Small Group Training  

Small Group training with an individual touch. Train in a group of up to 8 people who will help keep you motivated and accountable while working on your goals. This option is great for those who love a team atmosphere but don't want to get lost in the crowd and want something a little specific to them.

Free Consultation

In our consultations, you will sit down with our head trainer to go over your fitness and athletic goals. Together, we will create an individualized custom plan on how we will go about achieving those goals and more.
