Speed, Agility, Conditioning

Speed, agility, and conditioning is an important aspect of any athlete's training regimen. In these classes we will be working on body movement in every direction and doing so as fast as possible. Building up the ability to quickly change directions, accelerate, and decelerate.  We’ll work on proper jumping and landing techniques. Our athletes will have their endurance and mental toughness tested to make sure that their conditioning is strong enough to finish the game the same way they start it. 

Schedule:

Tuesday and Friday at 5:30pm for ages 7-11

Tuesday and Friday at 6:30pm for ages 12-14

Tuesday and Friday 7:30pm for ages 15+

Cost: $30 per class or buy a 8-pack for $200
