Adult Fitness Class

Schedule:

Monday - Friday at 6:30am-7:30am and 7:30am-8:30am

Circuit style, semi-private training fitness class that is based around everyday fundamental movements to improve muscle development, maximize fat loss, and increase in energy levels . Our workouts are always changing, but remain a combination of weights, cardio, and athletics. These programs are backed by science and research that focus on the process while providing proven results. With top trainers, all fitness levels are welcomed as they know how to make regressions and progressions depending on the skill level. We work to improve each day, and seek to be better than we were yesterday. 

Cost: $30 per class or buy a 8-pack for $200
