Senior Athletic Fitness Class

Age Group: 14+ 

In this program, we will build on top of the foundation of body mechanics and movement.  Throughout this curriculum, our athletes will create healthy habits to carry over to their active lifestyle.  

This curriculum is a combination of speed, agility, conditioning, strength, power and injury prevention.  The exercises will include plyometrics, resistance training, footwork, linear speed, top speed, quick change of direction, developing force, and coordination. We work on advanced movements, and know how to properly prep athletes for the collegiate level. Each class is taught by a certified coach who knows how to inspire and provide progressions and regressions for each athletes level.
